Any potential organization needs a seamless flow in the process to maintain a long-term business perspective so to meet the goal and objectives to sustain for a longer time (Simonin, 1997). But to maintain a good standard in the organization it is required to be updated in several ways as per the trend. To catch up the trend it requires doing a major purchase with respect to technology, training, software, and equipment.

The organization is built on several technologies which the workforce is adopting and completing their regular task to bring the profit to the organization. The organizations working cultures changes as per the modernizations in technology which is coming day to day, to continue with the flow it is very necessary to purchase those latest technology in the company so that the updating can be done in the organization and the company can boost its workforce and provide the best service in the organizations.

Another important prospect is the training it cannot be purchased but the training kit or training partners or instructors can be hired to develop the skilled workforce in the organization. As the organization is built with the employees and to fix the day to day operations it is necessary to provide the training to the employees as it will be helpful of for the organization to sustain a growing work culture. It is the proposal which is highlighting on the side of the company to purchase some major requirements which will help the organizations to function in a better way.

The equipment is the organizational needs that can be used for operations or production purposes so it is quite essential for the organization to perform the daily work schedules of the company (Brown, 1996). The company can be old but it should be with the latest trend for this purpose, a purchase is obvious to fix the current trend and simultaneously update the status of the organization. With the equipment, it is updating many new creative approaches that can be made for the purpose of production and in this way, a company will meet the satisfactory level of the organization which is the strength for the company and it also opens the door to many new opportunities.         

The last is the software which is as important as the above purchases and criteria’s, the software is required to purchase for the need to complete the work and it needs to be original and updated so that no issue in the work status may come on the company side. In a market, distinct categories of software’s are available to make the work done effectively. The proposal is trying to showcase the different areas which need a purchase to make it more effective and productive for the sake of the organizations. The organizations are needed to fix the matter to highlight the best need for the organization working standards and the required purchase should be done for the growth of the organization.
