Stage1- The aggrieved employee first convey verbally to the designated officer by the organization
Stage 2-If not satisfied with stage 1 then moves to departmental head designated by the organization in written form.
Stage 3- If the employee is not satisfied with the stage 2 then moves to Grievance Committee for the settlement .
Stage 4- If the employee still not satisfied in that level then make appeal to the management for revision of the decision taken.
Stage -5. If the aggrieved employee does not satisfy in stage 4 then finally the matter is referred to a voluntary arbitration whose decision is final and binding on both the parties.
