This will increase the chances of the inclusion of disadvantage group into society. When the public need to avail services of the disadvantage people, they start giving equal consideration the disadvantage groups. The controlling forces should ensure that opportunities are given as per the rule for disadvantage groups. They should be given opportunity to participate in elections and other society roles as a movement to promote their inclusion. The main barrier to do the same is the physical and mental limitations and it is difficult to include the people with disabilities for certain kind of jobs. Other difficulties include the particular skill level certain position demands and it is difficult to find people with enough knowledge and skills inside the disadvantage group. Another barrier is their reluctance to come in front of the public and get involved into social activities.

2. Identify the issues faced by disadvantage group and arrange training and counseling programs

The disadvantage groups would be given counseling to understand and suggest solutions for the problems faced by them and to mentally refresh them. This will give them the energy to utilize the opportunities and involve into society activities. The main barrier is the reluctance of the parties to participate in such programs and another barrier is the cost involved in conducting the programs.
