Question
The dynamics has really changed in the recent past between the managers and workers in many ways which are very noticeable also. The competition has increased a lot, earlier it was restricted to a certain extent but now we have realized that the competition is between managers and employees as well. The engagement used to be really less 10 years ago but now the employee engagement activates have increased and organizations are focusing on ensuring that more and more employee engagement activates take place in the organization which can help the organization in motivating employees with the ultimate aim of achieving the business objectives. The feedback of the employees is taken really seriously now and all the efforts are made to solve the issues of the employees and to make sure that dynamics and understandings between employees and managers improve as much as possible. Openness and clarity in the work to be done, the issues the worker is facing, the business goals of the organization are all very clear and crisp now so as to ensure that lesser conflicts take place between worker and managers. Organizations have realized that in this dynamic environment and rapidly increasing competition it is very essential for workers and managers to work together as a team rather than as subordinate and senior and on the similar lines the organization these days are putting a lot of effort in ensuring that the dynamic improve within the organization and a healthier environment is created and employees are treated equally which would ultimately help in gaining that competitive advantage for the company in the market.
