Explanation / Answer
Answer is as follows :
After Transmission of packet PC2 to other, the packet is recieved by only PC4 becasue Switvh nows the MAC address of PC4 i.e. 0198.a9f4.0004 at port E4, but if the swith don't know where is the destination port the packet is recieved by all other PC's i.e. PC1, PC2 and PC4 but it is discarded by PC1 and PC3 becasue destination address is only of PC4.
