1. It is difficult to adopt to diverse culture, like India. It requires lot of research and analysis of each part of India, where it wishes to set up its operations.

3. When a company has major dependency for operations on host country, it becomes difficult to manage culture alongside, allocation and delegation of work, especially during festive seasons or religious traditions, involving large group of employees following one particular religion or custom.

4. It becomes difficult to manage during sensitive conditions in the country like religious riots or cultural tensions.

5. It has to setup a system or department that solely addresses to the cultural aspect, considering, religion, language, beliefs, customs and traditions.
