The shirt term planning will focus on the goals to be obtained in shorter period of time. This will include the expansion of Taco Bell by increasing its customer Base. The hiring of jew employees, understanding the skills of the employees, condition of the production equipment will be included in this. The equipment serving, quality fixes and distribution solution will be covered effectively.

The long term business strategy will include reaching overall targets. This will be based on a response to the competitive situation of the company. This will include social, economic and political environment. This will help to develop strategies and achieve long term goals. The major capital expenditure like purchase of equipment and facilities, implementation of policies and important procedures will be injured in this. Expansion of the product line and understanding the liabilities will be included.
