About the Virtual Organisation- In 1990, a network of cooperation made possible by, what is called ICT, i.e. Information and Communication Technology, which is flexible and comes to meet the dynamics of the market is emerged and known as virtual organisation also known as digital organisation, network organisation or modular organisation. 1-Overhead costs reduction- Lot of expenses comes into picture in any real firm which is not the case if one runs company virtually. Issues about leasing office space, buying furniture, paying for utilities will be ended. A main office with just a few employees means no need to lease nearly as much office space.

2-Satisfaction Guranteed- Need for flexible hours leads to more talented work force waiting for jobs where they can work from home. This creates more opportunities to hire talented team members who might not otherwise be able or willing to work for a company which now can virtually from home. These employees can work with ease of home and feel satisfied.

3-Higher scalability- In any real office, demand of increase staff often requires moving into a larger office space as compared to a virtual firm. A firm can scale up the business without thinking and planning about space. Thus less power, heating, air conditioning costs as a result.
