There are two things my Organisation is doing to make everyone feel included in the organisation.
One is via a Policy and another is via Culture.
As far policy is concerned, we have zero tolerance policy for discrimination and have an equal opportunity policy where there would be no discrimination, never, on any basis and non compliance to it attracts serious implications.
Second is the cultural part. By the culture it self we follow a unique way of working, where every team would consists of people from different races, sexes and ideologies and from the culture, they are groomed to work together and this starts right from the induction, where we teach to be unique and follow what we believe but work together.

1. How would you respond if someone asked you the following? “We know that tech can be a challenging place for people with marginalized identities. What is your company doing to change that? What efforts is your company making to ensure that women, gender-nonconforming individuals, and people of color (for example) feel included in the workplace?”
