Mandatory and roaming profiles each have a unique role and purpose in networked environments. Describe one workplace environment setting where mandatory profiles would be beneficial, and another workplace setting where roaming profiles would provide the most benefit.

The roles and differences between user accounts and user profiles:
User account:
- The information which tells windows which files and folders user can access and what changes can user do in the compueter.
- The user account also can restrict the personal data like desktop background and user songs & screen savers.
- By help of user account we can share our computer with several people by having our own settings and files.
- So every person can access the files and data by using there personal user account.
- In an domain or a big network area. the user can access his account from anywhere in the given domain or a network.
- In many big IT industries people are changing to different areas and to different places. So there wont be any change or moving of computers.The user can simply log into this user account by help user account details.
- In this way we can support the proactivie environment in all areas of IT fields.
- By using the user accounts the user can secure all his personal data which cannot be misleaded or hacked by any other users.
User Profiles:
The profiles are nothing but the priviledges like settings of the computer applications.
It is a collection of settings that make look of the computer and how you want to work and how you want look.
The user profiles contains the settings of users apperences like the desktop backgrounds,pointer preferences, settings of music and sounds and screen savers and other features.
The User profiles make sure that the user personal preferences are used whenever user will be logged on into the Windows or into the computers.
So by above words we can say that the user profile is alot more different than comparing with the user account.
So in all the computer areas or in an network area each user account has at least one user profile which is associated within itself.
So in any areas in IT field there will be user accounts with user profiles or one user account which are having at least one user profile.
