In our day to day life we have also face many types of situation where our decision change according to our mind stage. An important skill in everyday decision-making is the ability to judge whether an unexpected bad outcome can occur repeated if we take action.Although the everyday decision-making of clinically anxious individuals is clearly influenced by their excessive fear and worry.Easier decision making is really about valuing yourself and your own opinions. we have to Believe in own ability, and trust our instincts. we have to Appreciate our input into decisions, and understand and accept that every single decision we make might not be perfect.

Big decisions which can range from starting a business , accepting job , hiring or firing someone or taking decision about relationship which involve high levels of uncertainty. When so much is unknown, trying to decide what the right course of action might be triggers anxiety. In response, many of us seek the counsel of others to help us make these important decisions.

when i was working with bank , I was responsible for setting strategic direction for the sales and client management efforts. during my job we have faced many issues such as lack of motivation, group formation problem,for that we were undergo with training and motivational seminar which help me a lot like enhance my skill , look at my negative points , how to improve them . It helps me to set definitive standards and key performance indicators to ensure consistent results and training gave me exposure to a variety of leadership styles and techniques.Training gives you true feedback from the practicle approaches from which i became aware of my weekneses .

Successful managers have employees who are motivated to perform at a high level. Understanding motivation in the business setting isn't about manipulating behaviors; it's about aligning the interests of employees, customers.Employee motivation has always been a central problem for leaders and managers. Unmotivated employees are likely to spend little or no effort in their jobs, avoid the workplace as much as possible, exit the organization if given the opportunity and produce low quality work. On the other hand, employees who feel motivated to work are likely to be persistent, creative and productive, turning out high quality work that they willingly undertake.

According to three need theory we each have varying needs for all of these areas: affiliation, power, and achievement. Some needs are just higher than others. Leaders have to focus on the different, high needs of their employees. This allows them to obtain their employees’ cooperation and to create a motivating environment.For example, my ranking of the three needs is achievement first, power second; and affiliation third.   I am more interested in challenging work that fulfills my goals and if manager gives me feedback and recognition on that i will work with enthusiasm.

From my experience of sales job in past during that time work in fix timing given by them was so difficult for me . we have to achieve target given by them in specific time frame for that we have to work very hard like even after office hours we have to sit in office and work . But after request by most of the employees they introduce work from home policy . In that they gave us laptop so that we can even do our work at home on their laptop only . So that make us happy and we can work in our own time at home and be relax for some time. So from my experience i can say that flexible work arrangement are necessary requirement of employees. for retention of employee company can introduce any one of the flexible work arrangement like alternative work schedule, remote work, sharing work , compressed work schedule . that will make employee happy and they will work with more motivation. flexible work programs provide a way for businesses to increase employee loyalty without resorting to making fundamental changes in their operations. some benefits of flexible work arrangements are like that such programs can actually have a positive impact on the productivity of employees.

People who are happy in their work are more reliable and productive and better relations between staff and management can only be beneficial. managers need to recognize that flexible work arrangements are not always appropriate for all people, jobs, or industries. Employee can also take benefits of that program . managers always have to keep track of employees when they implement this type of programs.For getting benefits of such policies Employees should be educated about policies and feel comfortable using them.Businesses should evaluate their flex work programs on a regular basis.
