2). Whenever there is a changes they resist to it.

3). AT HR Level: Sometimes it happens that management changes the process as per their understanding but they actualy don't know what happens while serving on the table, before changing process and things they can seek advive from the staff who work on the ground level.

4). At management level, people again resist the changes.

5). The large difference that the employees are not much educated that makes it tough to implement changes.

6) another issues is that its largely labor bases work, the staff knows that " they will definately get job in other restaurant" which allows to confront the management sometimes.
