Answer is as follows:
In 1 : m relationship if on the side 1 there are atleast 3 recordss than the m side has atleast 2 records.
On which each and every record from side 1 relate with 2 records of side m becasue it is optional means each record in side 1 may or may not relate with multiple records at m side..
So 3 records of side 1 relate with atleast 2 records on m side.
So atleast 2 records are sufficient for the relation to be in 1 : m with 3 : 2 records.
