Our worldview is greatly shaped by our gender. Gender stereotype is very common in our society. Men and women are viewed differently and the society has different expectations from them. Therefore, men and women are perceived in different ways be in in schools, colleges, family or in the workplace. These gender stereotypes and difference in expectation of the society, men and women also perceive the world from different viewpoints. These give them distinct perspectives and unique point of views. In turn, their worldview is shaped differently as they are treated differently by the world. For example, if men are preferred over women in sales jobs then men and women will approach sales jobs with different perspectives and their worldviews will be different.
