Right to privacy is a fundamental rights which can be interfered from different rights given under the constitution so under this ambit we can secured our information from misuse by non-designated person and keep our privacy secreat so that no one can intrude upon it.
Proofs are- Constitution has provided right to privacy and no one can interfere on it. The state can by means of security cannot do survelience on the citizen by tapping phone or scrutinize mails unless otherwise permission under the appropriate authority.
