Leadership- major component of leadership involve personal goal e vision and mission. If person well known about his personal goal he can formulate plan to target gale. If goal is to target with team member then its important he must be capable;le to develop team which will be work till completion of goal. Once person develop mind set without any doubt that is with clear understanding its possible for him to expresses his opinion in front of other team member and direct the team in proper direction.
Role of past experience in leadership- If venture decided is similar to that of earlier in that case experience is help full. In most of cases it found experience of past develop unwanted shadow on new project .Hence valuation for past experience should not be underestimate. Past experience helps lot for common aspects. But if methodology involve is totally new on then its better to forget earlier experience. As day by day new technique are getting available. The decision which was made earlier in regards to technology sees fail as compare to todays technology.
Leadership model- Model are representative and very specific subjected to environmental condition . Moment environmental condition change the stander model do not provide expected result .Hence in case of leadership its better to develop model by trial and error method . There no identical sample which fetch result in all situation. Hence regular update and presence of mind is must while choosing any model.
