1. Now a days internet plays vital role in a society, but at same time we should not impose any controls on usage. So for my view based on age,time of day or after checking sufficient proof from user he can be permitted to use internet and not avoiding soverginity of internet.
2.Every country has its own rules,regulations and customs, no one can use their freedom of expersion to hurt feelings of others and at same time we should not cut down the rights of users to experss them.Make Facebook or youtube users be grouped depending on their usage so the users in that group can express and view or see it. So that it will not have bad consequences on others. Technology cannot be blocked to spread accross the globe, but the same technology by using regional or locale customs it can modifiy itself in those places and be used.
3. Freedom of experssion is right for everyone to express, but it should be verified before it is publicised by analytics software and its effects when it is aired in interenet.
