One of the best company in CSR practise is Microsoft. Its ia part of their DNA since last few decades. As per their directors note by Dan Bros. Our citizenship mission is basically to serve the needs of communities around the world and to make them fulfill is their responsibilities to the public. They works with government, NGO & other organisation and invest on their public activity fund especially in the area helping weaker class economy, woment empowerment, education faciltiies to childrens etc. Microsoft Youth park is their own wing who works closely with such agencies and directly with the required entities with goal of helping others with sustainable practise. They have volunteered more than 2 millions of their time for social service activities. OPositive revenu growth of the company is clearly factor of many things which they get in return of the value they geenrated in the society.
