After going through the case I can conclude that although the prisoner believes that the what warden has given in writing is a contract, but in actual it was not a contract; their was neither the offer,nor the acceptance. In fact in this case, the undue process took place, where warden been the dominant party used the pressure to convince the weaker party i.e.the prisoners to enter the so called contract that benefited the dominant party. However, the actions of prisoners were illegal that created emotional distress among them.
