Accommodating because all the team members accepted that meeting should be more frequently scheduled in order to avoid such discrepancies. Compromising because instead of blaming the activity on each other, they accepted that there was a miss from all the departments and this should not be repeated if the process is followed. Problem Solving because each team understood the root cause of the issue and the miss that happened from their side and they also devised a process to not repeat such instances in future.

The objective of a project communication management team is to promote effective communication within the team and it is believed that with the recent trend in project management a project communication management team will become mandatory gradually. Startups may have issue accommodating such a team in the setup they possess but the team will ensure that communication is proper and throughout the whole team so that each and everyone in the team should be in sync.
