Human Resource Management is all about enhancing employee performance to the maxium level as possible and to make the system ready to occupy for any challenge from manpower perspective. The vafrioud functionalities included in the area are Staffing, employee compensation and benefit, designing work,training and development etc.Human resource department can again be subdivided into categories of individual organisation and career. In the area of inidividual section it helps employees to identify the area they can improve, identify strength and weakness etc.These duties are detailed and carried out through a variety of activities which involves performance reviews, testing, training . Organizational development, the other area majorly focuses on developing and fostering a system which is successful in nature that maximizes human esources as part of larger business strategies. The main agenda would be creation and promoting change management, helps in developing strategies which could fit the organisation based on the internal and external situation. Finally, is is career development. This helps in creating a career path for the employees and upskill them with sufficient training and development activities.
