Basically phone based support system work for solutions, complaints, verification, Interview, inquiry etc,every organization need of such traditional and very effective support system.Now present age are E-mail,video conferencing and most of companies using such practices in very effective mananer and in currently virtual meeting are so famoused.

Majorly three phone based solutions that are used full in call center for a help desk are as follows

1) Knowledge based phone solutions - As Knowledge based phone solutions in call center are very much in use and these solutions always give the useful information to caller.Such solutions reduce the confusion levels of caller and increase the Knowledge of caller in topic.

Mostly caller are looking Knowledge but attainder make them confused or misleading the information, such practices are unethical.In such communication process may be caller not being convinced.

2) Complaints based phone solutions- Complaints based solutions mostly work for satisfaction of callers that are much useful in instant customers satisfaction and working for resolving the issues with instant effects.

In this process most of the time callers are not become satisfy and started rough discussion with customers care people.

3) Inquiry based phone solutions- Caller are mostly calling for some inquiry regarding product, service etc,in such practices are effective in providing solutions.

In this solutions callers may be understood the detail in other way and become confused . Confused callers become angry and Complaints to higher authority.
