An organizational culture has the huge impact on the side of the employees to encourage the workforce and to neglect any whistleblowers who play the most dangerous role in breaking the organizational ethics. The ethics are the most important standards that are necessary to build and maintain the good organizational culture in any organization.
It is expected that an organization should take control of its culture as growth only comes from a good culture, the employees are always looking for a friendly and politics free organization.
