As there are lot of multinational companies where more and more people are sent abroad. Globalization is increasing day by day so the companies are becoming more and more competitive. So the criteria for selection of employees for foreign assignment are different according to that they can send most deserving candidate. Some of the criteria are given below:-

Adaptability to Cultural Change:- Canadides should be evaluated to check their level of adaptability to cultural change because they have to face the cultural changes like food, way of working, clothes etc.

Physical and Emotional Health:- Candidate should be healthy not only physically but mentally als o. Candidate's family should be agree about the foreign assignment so. that they can prepare themselves accordingly.

Technical skills:- Candidate's should be technically strong so that they can co-operate with the foreign candidates and can do their assignments independently.

Language skills:- Candidate should learn the foreign language that will help them to communicate easily.
