Question
Consider for a moment a single point of failure that almost all organizations accept without question, their internet service provider. redundancy at this point is not an inexpensive consideration; however, for some businesses (sale credit card sales providers) it can be critical to other businesses success. What do you think are other organizations or service providers that MUST consider this added expense and what are some of the reasons you consider this a critical point of failure for this industry?
Explanation / Answer
Solution : That critical point of failure would be Basic Risk Assessment (like Natural Disasters as well as Intensional risk ). There should be few security plannings so that any critical point failure could be avoid and business reliablity could be increased.
And those plannings are :
(i) We should take care of all those assets which need protection from Risks( Natural Disasters like floods, fires).
(ii) Inspite of being this protection expensive , But it should be compulsory for all such industries which work on high scale. And that expensive risk is : industries should make such policies and plans ( According to budget constraint ) so that any threat or any attack from Malicious attackers could not harm the industry's useful information/data.
