The aim of negotiation is to settle on a disputes and conflicts that arise between two parties.
The following explains on the components of negotiating:
Fact- Finding
Conciliation
Mediation
Arbitration
The fact finder would find on the reality of the situation on negotiation. Fact finders act as a neutral for both the parties.
Conciliator will not have legal authority but through communication would solve the disputes.
