Statute is the part of legislation which has been developed or introduced by the constituted authority of legislation. The people who design the statute are elected people through democracy system. They design statute and present in the parliament. On the basis of majority of votes the statute will be implemented. For example in case of company Act, Which will deal with all terms and matter related with company regulation should have majority of votes to be implimented.   

Regulations: - It defines the process to enforce the statute. In the case of regulation the state authority have flexibility to develop the method of regulation of statute in state. Suppose there is statute of company Act which will helpful in monitoring the companies. If they will provide the false information or not disclose the information within time then investigating authority may charge the fine. This process represents the regulation to implement statute.

Case Law helps in evaluation of interpret statute. It defines the implementation of law based on precedent. For example In Company Act the director must use his power for company benefit. In few cases the director uses the company fund for his gratuitous payment. So such cases create the new law based on particular case.  

Executive Orders come under category of presidential orders, those presidential orders issued in context of officers and other agencies.

During development of the decision, in the court jurisdiction decision will be different in every court for single case. So this define that the case law is the integral part of our legal system. It also helps in interpretation of impact on individual case.

In case of homosexual community marriage:- In few courts it was legal, But in TX court it was not legal. It does not have impact on each other decision because they don’t have power to govern each other. But these decisions cannot be challenged over Supreme Court decision. If someone against the law and makes the law against it then that will be treated as illegal.
