The command and control has gradually decreasing with the 21st century. The leadership has changed and comes to a different height. As per the data analysis done in various countries explicitly and implicitly, now leader use to communicate with the fellow employees in a general way. It helps to know the employee from the bottom of the core. Leaders do as they are getting close, they buildup a trust and gaining trust also, they listen well to the employee’s thoughts, etc. Thus, the roles of the leaders are increased as they become storyteller, Brand Ambassador and the Thought leaders. As the conversation has increased the leader has more roles and responsibility to take care for enhancing as his capability. A communication gap has been filled. The skills of the employees also sharpen.

when I get into the real world and working in an organization I you can utilize these leadership qualities as by communication. Communication is the only tool that that has more powerful effect and it impact the listeners mind very well in the perfect way. I communicate to the fellow employees. I will become a story teller as to guide the employees who are interested in the stories but in order to handle the other I need to be the thought creator. I use to discuss the work with the employee’s time to time and would be aware of the environment. I express my thoughts to the colleges and tell them to share their too if they are interested. I would create the interactive environment.
