Over the past few years the meaning of governance is changed and people want people who get the job done rather than people who do what is right. The situation has become such that the quality and standards are given less importance but accountability is still demanded by people and the leaders needs to be accountable for them to sustain. Hence the quality of the governanceis at stake whereas the demand for accountability is the same. This change is because of the changing mindsets of people and the market conditions and other behavioral changes occuring in the generations. Because of this people just wish their job is done and do not care about quality.
