Computer Science - Need help with using TeX studio Latex Sofware.

I need to put this written answer (5 & 6 shown below) in latex format and I've been getting errors. Please center (a+b) (a-b) = b(a-b) Can someone do this in Latex for me in TeX and send me back my answer in Latex form. It must compile properly or I'll lose points. Thanks for the help.
