I am working in an organization and will be glad to share the organizational culture over here:
This organization has a very strong culture of mutual cooperation, trust and harmony. This organization has made a backbone of the culture by setting some rules which they called core values. Our organization is set up on 05 core values and they are:
Honesty
Passion
Integrity
Customer satisfaction
Cooperation
All employee are adhered to these things and must follow these things. Even each and every hiring is based on this and without clearance on these ground and cultural fit no employee are selected.
Everything is correct and need not to be pointed out but such implementation should be very minutely adhered by all employees and no loop holes should be there else we would land into wrong set of people in organization.
If I would have to change something I would make organization more transparent and open where everyone can express their thoughts and concern openly without any fear.
Why: So that there is sense of confidence in every indivudal of the organization and they themselves think the stakeholder of the company
