Results from Strengthsfinder:

Based on the same following are three SMART goals which I think I must consider to achieve after mmy education:

1. To use my communiaction skills to be the best HR manager of the firm who is into project management.

Reason: Becasue my communication skills will help me to find better managers to be a pat of strategic activities whct project managers do

2. To lead the team HR professionals in coming 5 years and be a part of holistic development of the organization

Reason: My analaytical abalities and futuristic vision will help me in achieving the roles

3. To bring innovative pricatices of recruitment and training & development in the industry

Reason: My ideation ability will help me to ideate the methods in relation to new generation and upcoming education

NOTE: I have written above examples in generic way considering HR aspects as per the Self assesment, although the same can be used for Sales force (sales manager), Finance and accounts manager etc. As all of them in general speaks about growth of self and organizaion.
