a.To maintain a relation or to manage with the team in other countries like US that who are different from your culturally,politically and economically is very tough task because we cannot justify in which manner we communicate that they will be satisfied.We should prepare well before we approach that team and it would be better to know about their culture and all the things from any person in US.so,that it will be easy to prepare.It should be mandatory to know do's and dont's of their culture,politically and economically.If anything you can't understand what other country team was saying should be rude and convey in very pleasing maner.Should be very polite and calm because in the team there may the people of higher officials.Should be patient while communicating with the people of US.Maintaing the slang according to the other countries slang because it will be differ from our country and it needs more practise.Should be very confident in conveying any message to them.Our posture also be one of the reason which will be results in the failure of the projects so that be perfect.Should not bring the political or economincal issues of one's countries during the conversation because sometimes it will leads to many wrong proceedings and some people will get hurt if they doesn't like.So practise must be more important before the meeting.

b.If any problem arises between the two workers first thing to do was should listen both of their problem regarding the aspect occur.Speaking with the two workers should be done separately.Consult other workers in the workplace about the problem between the two workers,consulting should be done very carefully.Try to resolve their problem infront of you by sharing their thoughts sbout the problems sometimes by this way problem can be resolved.But sometimes it will leads to the big conflict at that time try to give your suggetion to them to clarify their problem.In this suggetion both the employees should be satisfied sometimes both of them should do sacrifies about the problem.Problems will be arised only because managers doesn't have the healthy relation with the employees.so that if they maintain good relation problems doesn't arise.
