The English only policies had been legally implemented in the workplace, as where that had been the common language for the employees to communicate in the workplace.
1. The English language in the workplace restrict other languages, as a common language the communication is done through English so there will not be any discriminations.
2. There will not be any violation in the workplace if the English- only policies is implemented, misunderstanding will not occur in the communication among the employees.
3.During the work time the employees needs to talk in English and in the lunch and break they could use their own language for communication.
4. The English- only policy ensure on justifying the business necessity and needs.
5. The employees need to communicate with the clients, customers only in English as that act as a common language.
6. The assigment and project in the workplace can be completed through communication, so the employees would communicate in English to increase their work efficiency and that promote safety in the work environment.
