In otherwords, the violation has either been admitted to by an individual or evidence has been found that supports the claim of the violation.

The following procedures are to be followed when a violation has been confirmed:
The main reason of this report is to notify other Mahtmarg offices that a violation has occurred so that the appropriate actions will be taken within those offices.
Penalties
Penalties can vary depending on violation and the severity of the violation. The individual whom has committed the violation may face suspension of computer/network access, fines appropriate for violation, possible imprisonment, and termination of employment or all of the above. The violation will be evaluated and the appropriate penalties, such as 2-week suspension and $500 fine, will be mandated.
