Effective supply chain management continues to grow in importance as a competitive differentiator for most companies. However, most companies fail to realize a competitive advantage or value for the customer.

As per growth of the supply chain management the company should adopt the new technology in the chain of the supply. Each chain elements have the certain roles in the supply chain. So, if the have the technical strategy they would work in the better way.
