The cloud-based services like the dropbox, box or even the OneDrive are usually the server side encryptions which gets encrypted using the master key for which the server administrators can have access.
Some of the clouds are as follows:
1) Tresorit, Dropbox, Google drive etc.
As Tresorit has all the facility of encryption, sharing, transit, storage, authentication etc hence this would probably be the most preferred one. This also has a storage and file management, mobility, Collaboration, Controlled sharing etc
2) This can be used as and when needed. It is a cloud service hence is mostly used by the large enterprise companies.
3) It helps in file storage, syncing, making choices of backup data provider which is more complicated in nature.
