Question
You enter a contract with George to buy new computers for your business. You agree to buy five Dello desktop computers, each with 4GB RAM, with 500GB hard drives, and other particulars which you both discuss and agree upon. This agreement is made during a lunch meeting and it is quickly interrupted before the two of you can agree to any other terms. If you later change your mind and want to get out of this contract with George, will the courts find that this was an enforceable contract? Explain your answer. Discuss each of the terms that were left open and how the court would resolve these.

This contract was an enforceable contract because both parties have agreed on the terms and condition of the contract. When the person enter into a contract it is assume that both the parties have discussed all the terms and conditions which are related to the contract and agreed on those terms and condition. Here contract is about supply of Dello desktop with specification which was given. Here terms which are open are

-Termination of contract
-Quality of the product and what action will be taken if products are not upto the acceptable standards.
