FRONT OFFICE INFORMATION SYSTEM: Functions that takes place outside of the business organization .
Example:Bank ---such as Cash Withdrawl and balance equiry come under this group
BACK OFFICE INFORMATION SYSTEM: Function that takes place inside of the business organization.
Example: Bank--Such as Storing the transaction database and updating the transaction details.
2. As different stakeholders have different views about the business So , Inorder to make their views go and right path.We are identifying the System Architecture.It is used to improve such as Knowledge on business ,how business processes and what are the serivces ,business communication and customer interaction.
3. In business perspective,an information system create some kind of value to the individual, an information system increases the revenue and decreases the cost by providing the information to the manager for the better results and inorder to the process the business and to expand the communication in the market.
--In technology perspective, an information system that has database technologies that support the business knowledge ,software technologies that supports business process and services and Interface that are used to communicate between the business organization and customer.

BUSINESS FUNCTIONS: Grouping of the process together and support the businees.Functions can be divided and partitioned into sub process and form a single process which is easy to execute.

SYSTEM USERS VIEW:

--Procedure---They need to follow step by step process to acheive quick business activities.
