The task of your group is to map out the approach your team will take to creating a communications infrastructure for the project.
It is known that the project development happens in the multiple locations across the world. Each team in particular location works for the specific module and in order to interact and complete the continuity of the project, the files need to be shared across the network. The secure sharing of documents between the members of the project will be created. DevOps tools like GIT, Docker is being used for sharing the files with the best security features and privileges.
There are different communication mediums used to interact with the project members. Skype for Business, Slack etc can be used to communicate and share the files. Official mails used for email communications.
There should be a SCRUM meeting at least in a week for the entire project team which is working across the world. The time for a meeting is being planned for the meeting to discuss the project status, issues and so on.
Each team is working on the project, therefore, internal team meetings who work on each module is conducted.
There are multiple locations which work on the single project, for example, Melbourn. The project members integrated and meetings are conducted.
The status meeting will be conducted involving all the team members and AGILE method of development is being followed. It follows a flat and iterative hierarchy process.
