4) Put forth the up-gradation of requirements

6) Preparing a roll-out plan

7) Taking a backup of all the resources

8) Making a demo upgrade

9) To upgrade a staging site for testing before the go live.

10) Performing unit, integration and quality test before the go-live

11) To setup configuration and prepare a document.

12) Provide relevant and proper training and also set up the infrastructure

13) While a go-live keep the old-system running
