She should seek to the hotel customer to know the facility of food items they are seeking for and instead of doing any mislead it can be mutually negotiated with a valid discussion to make them aware of the hotel facilities and to make them convince to buy the hotel products.

1. Misuse of company policies and unauthorized course of conduct. It is a very undesirable process when such activities are seen in the production purpose which is almost unsafe for the organization's production purpose.

2. Doing any undesirable activities like stealing something or perform any misleading activities inside the workplace. The practice of degrading the product qualities or maintain an unskilled workforce for productions are not desirable. It is the most unethical practice adopted by the organization.
