i need help with this excel statment. What i want to do is sum the products of Colums C * D IF the cell in colum D =-1

i have tried =IF(D3:D12="-1",SUMPRODUCT(D3:D12,C3:C12)) but i get a value error i have tried alot but am not getting it right,
