Ans 1: Database management systems do all the work, structuring files, storing data and linking records. for example 1, Census.gov, it’s a database management system allows users to track demographic information with just a zip code. Second example,Examinations are done online today and universities and colleges maintain all these records through DBMS. Student’s registrations details, results, courses and grades all the information are stored in database and are linked to corresponding students which cant be done in spreadsheets.
