Explanation / Answer

The business if definitely affected by the high health care costs as it directly means that less patients would be using the health care facilities and in a way it decreases the amount of revenue that as an organization we had projected and in turn less traffic would be there which is not favorable for our business. It decreases the revenue and profits. Also, as far as the employees are concerned eventually they will have to bear the loss because they would be paid less which would be very demotivating. Also, they would be given les option to choose from the packages of health facilities available and hence the health cover would be less for the employees.

As of now I cannot directly see any other options but they can go for clinical testa and lower packages.

It is the responsibility of the employer because he/she has hired them and their health becomes an obligation for the employer as most of time an employee spends in the office and hence his/her health is directly affected by the amount of work he/she does.

Yes, to a certain extent I believe that the health care coverage should be mandatory for employees so that they can work fear free and are motivated. Also, because this is the least what we expect for the employees i.e. to provide them basic health care and in a way it is their right.
