One of the most important hardware componet will be system battery. The systems might not get proper power sources at all places and might need to rely on system battery. Also the constant meetings with the clients will ensure that there won't be enough time to charge the system. The work will also require giving presentations to the the clients. The discharge of the laptop while giving presentations can be a big problem. Thus having a proper battery backup( At least more than 8 hours) is very much necessary for the system.
One of the important aspect of the system which needs to be taken care of is the speed of system. Having a slow system can unnecessarily delay the work and might create a negative impression in front of clients. Thus the RAM of the system needs to be altleast 8 GB and an advance and fast processor like i7 should be part of system.
The other aspects which needs to be seen are, the weight of the system. The system should be preferably light so that its easy to carry around. The other aspects like flexiblity and brand reliability should be also taken care of.

I will use the second system because along with other system specifications it also has the dual advantage of being 2 in one system. Laptop and Tablet which can be quite handy when there are a lot of outside meetings
