Motivation:

This is an important aspect that gives encouragment to the people to aim better and perform better .

When a person who does work and is capable of doing better is encouraged and motivated ,he or she will be driven to do much more than his potential and achieve greater things.

This motivation helps in stimulating the person to do and perform more than what he thinks.

Actual definition:

"Motivation is something that expands the energy of the person by appreciating the person ,that will cause physiological urge in the person to do better to achieve his desires and dreams ."

Importance of motivation:

(1)This becomes a very important criteria for people who are in the verge to achieve their goals.

(2)When a person gets motivated in a right way ,it will make him stop from giving up on something that he considers undesirable.

(3)On the other hand ,when people are discouraged from doing something,that will make the person stop perceiving or going for it again .

EMPLOYER'S MOTIVATION:

This has become very important in places like official areas like companies ,organisations because the employer is also in need of additional boost that will not only lead to better performance and also stimulate the company's market .

  Motivating employers makes them more productive and helps the company to rise overall.

Ways in which the employers can be motivated:
(1)Through a positive attitude ,the higher officials should have good *communication* with the employers.
(2)The employers must be given good incentives and paid extra for the active participation that the employees do.
(3)A manager of the company ,should be a good communicator ,since he/she has to give a positive outlook of the company atleast to the employers to keep them more invigorated .

(4)Ensure that the officials stay in tune with the employers by *conducting meetings* on active basis .
(5)The employers should be provided with a *feedback facility,* so that they can play an active roll in the company.

(6)The line of communication must be made open for the employers to raise their voices on a particular thing to allow them to share their opinions and ideas about certain things.

(7)Training programs can help the employers to stay engaged with their work and contribute better to the company.

(8)Make fun in the work area ,so that the employees can be refreshed from the work load and take active participation in work.

(8)The very important and cardinal rule is that the EMPLOYERS must be encouraged in public ,which will make them do much more than their capacity.

ADVANTAGES OF MOTIVATING EMPLOYERS:

(a)When the employers get motivated they not only boost themselves but even the overall quality and performance of the company gets increased.

(b)Motivation is important in investing something on the employers's success ,to get better outcome that will increase profitably.

(c)This should be like a two way process ,in which both the company as well as the employers get benefited.
