Following are the rules that you can come up from this table:
1. Each student must have a unique STU_NUM (identifier for a student)
2. Each student must take one or more MAJOR (speciality)
3. The student's college and department details should also be available in the table. Each student must be associated with atmost one college. DEPT_NUM is the identifier for a department.
4. Each college must have a Advisor who sits in an advisor office present in the advisor building. Only those advisors should sit in the office who takes the class to which the student belonging to the particular department and college has registered to.
5. Other details like number of hours the student has taken the class, his GPA should also be present.
