Apollo charges a reasonable price all its services provided to its customer and all customers are treated in same way. They have a policy called customer first, where customers are diagnosed first in case of emergency and then all formalities can take place and if a homeless person turns ups during such emergency he is treated for whatever he can pay, this one of such policies they have, which has impacted lots of people. They also have health camps where they encourage people nearby to take up preventive health checkups to keep their health in check at a very nominal rate compared to other healthcare providers, the above two cases show that Apollo is more of patient-centric healthcare provider which has helped many people to keep their health in check by creating an awareness about the importance of health checkup.

The best way to advertise is by word of mouth, a suggestion by a friend or family is the most trusted way, hence if Apollo keeps on following the policies and being customer-centric, then the word of mouth is inevitably bound to happen.
