My powerpoint presentation must do the following:
1. select a social problem of my choice which is sexual behavior.Describe two organization feel free to do your own independent research on these organizations that is seeking to address this social problem.

Title - Sexual Behaviour "A Social Problem"
Introduction:
In the initial time of industrial revolution only male employees were taken into consideration for working in an organization. With the change in time, our society and culture also changed and the recruitment of women also started in the organizations. If we talk about today's world than today there is no difference in between working of men and women. All are equally treated and with respect. But with this major change, one social problem also began to arise which is sexual behaviour.
Following two organizations have been selected who will help me to do own independent research:
1. National Organization for Women
This organization has work towards the study of culture and behaviour in an workplace setup. They have also worked on the social aspects of men and women in their daily life and described some facts that at workplace men and women should treat each other with equality and respect and their behaviour among each other should be conductive to help developed a better society to live.
2. Center for Social Research
CSR has been known for its social research work on the issues like sexual behaviour and human rights. They also described that at workplace women security has become an important issue and each and every organization should work towards this issue to help resolve the problem of sexual conflicts at workplaces.
There are following two major ways that each organization is addressing to deal with social problem of sexual behaviour
- Roll out of Code of Conduct program at the workplace
- Roll out of Whistle blower policy
The four main concepts that will help us better understand the social problem are:
- Analyzing the working behaviour of each individual and train them if required on topics i.e. sexual behaviour
- Preparation of visual aids describing about sexual behaviour at workplace and stick them at prominent places.
- Development of a training program on sexual behaviour and train individuals on the same.
- Preparation of questionnaire and fill-out them anonymously from the employees to know from them if they are facing any issues with respect to sexual behaviour and investigate in a confidential manner.
Discussion on theory of symbolic interactionism
This theory was given by by Blumer in the year 1969. The main motive of this theory was to understand the sociological behaviour of an individual with other.
This theory can be more helpful in understanding our social problem of sexual behaviour because concept of this theory is mainly analyzing the behaviour of people and how they form understanding between each other while interacting.
